“The program was effective and allowed me to be able to hear directly from my supervisors the issues that have come up which I might not have learned about other wise. It allowed each of my supervisors to know exactly why I make some of the decisions I make. I’m not a big fan of the workbooks, but I do understand their purpose. The workshops that I enjoyed the most were effective meetings and conflict resolution. Both workshops educated me on items that I had information on but needed more education. Because of restraints on my time I often found it difficult to attend class 2 times a month. The amount of reading required was also difficult but was enjoyable and informative. I would recommend this course to others.”
